Founded in 2019, PALI was created in response to a simple problem: activity and leisure operators had no dedicated body speaking for them at government, industry or media level. When the insurance market began pulling cover from the sector, that gap became urgent.
Today we represent over 120 businesses, from single-location indoor play centres to multi-site adventure operators. We negotiate collectively, publish practical resources, host training, and lobby for the reform this industry needs to survive and thrive.
PALI is member-owned, member-funded and member-led. Every euro of subscription is reinvested into the sector.

Alliance for Insurance Reform.
PALI is a founding sector partner in the Alliance for Insurance Reform, working alongside SMEs, community groups and voluntary organisations to tackle the root causes of unaffordable and unavailable insurance in Ireland. We take member concerns directly to the Department of Enterprise, the Central Bank and the Oireachtas.
