What happens, in order.

  1. 01

    Register your interest

Tell us your venue, activities, visitor numbers and renewal date. Takes a few minutes.

  2. 02

    Compliance check

PALI reviews your documents against the scheme criteria and flags anything to tidy up first.

  3. 03

    Insurer submission

Your presentation goes forward as part of the vetted PALI book. Expect follow-up questions.

  4. 04

    Terms & decision

You receive terms via the broker and decide. No obligation, no fee for being considered.

Three things that improve your outcome.

Start 10–12 weeks out

Beginning well before renewal leaves room for the compliance review and any documents you need to update.

Disclose everything

A difficult claims history can be underwritten. A hidden one gets the submission declined outright.

Show your controls

Photos of signage, ratios on the roster and dated inspection sheets all strengthen the presentation.

Tell us your renewal date and we'll map the timeline back from it.
