Your inspection-readiness checklist

  • One folder, digital or physical, holding every current record
  • Dated safety statement reviewed in the last 12 months
  • Training and induction sign-offs for every active staff member
  • Twelve months of daily inspection and incident logs
  • Current third-party equipment inspection reports
  • A named person who can walk an inspector through it all
