Membership of PALI is subject to a separate Membership Agreement and code of practice. Application does not guarantee acceptance. PALI reserves the right to decline or terminate membership in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
3. Insurance scheme
Any reference to the PALI Group Insurance Scheme is provided for information only. PALI is not an insurance broker and does not provide insurance advice. Cover, terms, limits and premiums are set by the underwriting insurer at their sole discretion. Membership does not guarantee insurance.
4. Content
Content on this site is provided in good faith for general information. PALI makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. Members should take independent professional advice on legal, tax, insurance and safety matters.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding and materials on this site are owned by PALI or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any material without our prior written consent, except where explicitly permitted.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to break any law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, harvest data or interfere with the availability of the site to others.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. PALI has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, PALI excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
