PALI's Q3 training programme opens for booking this week, with six sessions covering the compliance areas operators tell us cause the most day-to-day uncertainty.
The programme includes a practical risk assessment clinic, an incident reporting and investigation workshop, and a supervision ratios session built around real inspection findings from Irish venues.
Sessions are delivered by safety consultants who work directly with activity centres, so the content is grounded in what inspectors actually look for rather than generic health and safety theory.
All sessions are free to PALI members. Certificates of attendance are issued so venues can evidence ongoing staff development during an HSA inspection or an insurance survey.
Issued by PALI Training, Play, Activity & Leisure Ireland.
