PALI members now get ISME membership included

1 min readPALI Secretariat

Every PALI member is now welcomed into ISME, the Irish SME Association, unlocking a HR advice line, the HR Hub of contracts and templates, subsidised Skillnet training and the ISME Advantage savings programme.

PALI has agreed a membership benefit with ISME, the Irish SME Association, the only independent representative body for small and medium businesses in Ireland. From this month, every PALI member is welcomed into ISME as part of their PALI subscription, at no additional cost.

The single biggest day-to-day pressure operators tell us about, after insurance, is people. Contracts, probation, sick leave, disciplinary process, right-to-work checks and the constant drip of employment law updates all land on the same person who is also running the floor at 3pm on a Saturday.

ISME membership answers that directly. Members get a HR and employment law advice line staffed by specialists, and access to the ISME HR Hub, a library of contracts, handbooks, policies and recruitment, onboarding and exit templates that can be adapted to an activity or leisure venue in minutes rather than paid for line by line.

Alongside HR, membership includes business and health & safety guidance, subsidised training through ISME Skillnet, and the ISME Advantage programme, a savings scheme across everyday business costs such as energy, insurance services, fuel and telecoms.

The full ISME service outline for PALI members is available now as a download in the member resources library, and the HR toolkits page lists what is covered. Members can contact ISME directly on PALI@isme.ie or 01 662 2755, quoting PALI membership.

If you are not yet a member, ISME access sits alongside insurance scheme consideration, training, supplier discounts, a free marketing audit and directory promotion, from €300 + VAT a year.
